Official Statement Regarding Unauthorized Individuals Fraudulently Using Our Company's Name to Post Job Openings in Overseas Markets

Recently, it has come to our attention that unauthorized individuals have been fraudulently using our company's name to post fake job openings and conduct recruitment activities in overseas countries such as Angola and Cameroon. These activities are being conducted through Gmail, where they contact job seekers and, under the pretense of successful interviews, request them to book flights and one-month accommodation. Nantong Construction Group Co., Ltd. hereby issues the following statement:

1. Our company does not have any business operations in countries like Angola and Cameroon, nor have we directly posted any job openings in such overseas countries.

2. Our company has never required job seekers to pay any deposits, security fees, handling charges, or any other form of payment during the recruitment process, nor have we ever asked job seekers to book flights and accommodations on their own.

3. Our company has never authorized any third-party organization or individual to recruit on our behalf or to conduct recruitment activities independently. We have never used Gmail to contact or confirm recruitment information. All employee recruitment is managed by the Human Resources Department of our group company.
